There is this raggedy little store on Westwood Boulevard, in Westwood (Los Angeles, CA) called Top Shoes.  Its very "rustic", and its been there since before I can remember, but they have frighteningly cheap, cute shoes.  For years it was the only place I knew of that carried Jeffrey Campbell.  Now, Senor Campbell is everywhere... its kind of horrible, but also kind of nice. Good show, Jeff!
