Superga - Grey Hightop Plimsoll

 

Did you know?... a plimsoll is defined as a type of athletic shoe with a canvas upper and a rubber sole... also known as a sand shoe. I, in my east coast US upbringing was not aware of this. Regardless of what a plimsoll is, to me, grey canvas + clean sneaker architecture + well played stitching = plushness. The grey midsole over the gumsole certifies it. All in all, I think Superga got it right with the Grey Hightop Plimsoll and for 66 bones at My-Wardrobe, I could totally see myself sand shoeing in a beach chair on my back balcony... totally.
